CFI and Main Discovery Flight Pilot
Our newest CFI, Amanda, has been flying since 2018. She has been running our office, managing our maintenance schedule, and helping our students for over 6 months. Before coming to KHWY she worked as an FBO lineman and airport administrator. Now she is joining us as a highly qualified, friendly, and detail-oriented instructor.
Come discover the joy of aviation on an adventure flight! We will help you chose a plane and an instructor to guide you though what being a pilot is all about, as well as teach you some basics. Discovery flights include a half hour in the air and a half hour of ground instruction.
Need a a bi-annual check or check ride? Looking for an instrument rating or an instructor certification? We can HELP!
We are a friendly neighborhood (part 61) flight school with well-maintained aircraft available for confident, experienced CFI’s and CFII’s. We manage the scheduling, students, insurance, gas, office space, and advertising so you can focus on offering excellent instruction.
We even have tailwheel aircraft available and students interested in certification, too!
